Hale Community Trust will bring together local groups, individuals, organisations and businesses, enabling better communications and the building of strong and effective partnerships.
What we do
Hale Community Trust (HCT) is a registered charity which is governed by a board of Trustees who are unpaid volunteers. Our main objective is to make Hale an even better place to live by undertaking well defined projects.
Our first project is a new Library and Community Centre for Hale and surrounding area. This will be situated on the site of the current Bowling Pavilion. On completion the facility will be owned by HCT and the intention is that it will be run by a Management Committee made up of local people. The Committee will be responsible to HCT for the day-to-day running of the facility.
A centre for the Hale community
The new Centre will provide a new public Library including a children’s section and improved facilities for the Bowlers, Seniors Club, local businesses, Activity and Interest Groups and a place for that ‘special event’ It will also be a place to meet up with friends and generally socialise.

Hale Library to open on Thursday November 9th
Hale’s new state-of-the-art library and community centre is set to open its doors to library users on Thursday 9th November 2023.
